• The delivery schedule
• Any additional production requirements

A customized order begins only after the scope, quotation, payment terms, branding requirements, usage rights, and delivery arrangements are agreed.

The customer confirms that they have permission to provide and use any school name, teacher name, logo, trademark, image, or other branding material submitted to us.

Customized packages are licensed only for the agreed educational use.

Unless separately approved in writing, customized content may not be:
